Main component

This is the core part of the electronic locking system, responsible for implementing the electronic locking function between the charging gun and the charging interface.

Microswitch is a kind of small electronic switch with simple structure, reliable function, long life and low cost. It is commonly used to detect mechanical displacement or position changes and convert these changes into electrical signals.

A resistor is a passive electronic component used to limit the flow of current. In DC charging piles, resistors can be used in pre-charging circuits to limit the surge current to the load when the system is started.

The integrated component passes through the wiring harness internally and is sealed with potting compound, with a waterproof seal at the tail, enhancing the integration and waterproof performance of the electronic locking mechanism.

The motor electronic lock includes a motor drive internally, used to drive the mechanical part of the electronic lock to achieve locking and unlocking actions.

Used to provide feedback signals on the locking status of the electronic lock, ensuring that the charging pile can recognize whether the electronic lock is locked.

The motor electronic lock has an unlock handle externally, used for manual unlocking, improving the convenience of operation.

The controller is connected to the electronic locking mechanism through signal lines, receiving unlocking signals from the electronic locking mechanism, and controlling the unlocking operation of the electronic locking mechanism.
