What are the components of a temperature sensor
The temperature sensor of a DC charging pile gun head mainly consists of the following components:
Main component
As part of the temperature sensor, the temperature sensing element can be a thermistor, utilizing the characteristic of NTC thermistors, which is that the higher the temperature, the lower the resistance, to set the temperature value and control the temperature of the charging gun.
The controller uses the data from the temperature sensor to control whether to charge. When a high temperature difference is detected, the controller stops the charging output or reduces the charging current to suppress or lower the temperature rise of the charging gun head.
The temperature sensor is connected to the control system of the charging pile to transmit temperature data for real-time acquisition and processing.
Based on the data from the temperature sensor, the charging pile can implement temperature management strategies, such as dynamically adjusting charging power, reducing charging speed when the temperature rises, or stopping charging.
These components work together to ensure temperature monitoring and safety management during the charging process.
