Specific process
Battery Cell Loading: Placing the battery cell on the production line.
Battery Cell Scanning: Scanning the battery cell to confirm its information.
If the result of the scanning code is NG (unqualified), NG Brushing is performed.
Battery Cell Clamping: The battery cell is fixed in the clamping device.
Applying Protection Cover: Place the protection cover on the cell.
Battery Cell Positioning: Ensure that the battery cell is positioned correctly in the fixture.
Laser Welding: the core is laser welded to ensure the connection between the core and the protective cover.
Removing Protection Cover: Remove the protection cover after welding is completed.
Edge Rolling and Pressing: The edge of the cell is processed by rolling.
Appearance Inspection: Check the appearance of the battery cell to ensure that there are no defects.
If NG is found, NG Removal is performed.
Hi-pot Test (High Potential Test) : Perform a high potential test on the cell to check its insulation performance.
If the result of the Hi-pot test is NG, NG elimination is performed.
Battery Cell Unloading: The removal of assembled battery cells from the production line.
