Main component

Polyethylene, PE

Polyethylene is a widely used insulating material that is favored for its excellent electrical insulation properties and chemical stability. It is suitable for low density and high density polyethylene and is able to maintain stability under different temperature and voltage conditions.

Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)

Polyester Film

Polytetrafluoroethylene is a non-viscous, heat-resistant, chemically resistant material with extremely high electrical insulation properties. It is suitable for transformer insulation in high frequency and high temperature environments.

Epoxy Resin

Epoxy resin is a thermosetting plastic with good electrical insulation properties and mechanical strength. It is usually used as an insulating paint or packaging material for transformer windings.

Nanocrystalline Alloy

Nanocrystalline alloy is a new type of soft magnetic material with excellent soft magnetic properties and low loss characteristics, which is suitable for the core materials of high-frequency transformers, thereby indirectly affecting the selection and performance of insulation materials.

The selection of these insulating materials needs to be based on the specific application requirements of the DC charging pile transformer, such as voltage level, operating temperature, chemical environment, etc., to ensure the long-term stable operation and safety performance of the transformer.
