The components of a transformer

The transformer is the core component of the charging module, which is responsible for transforming and converting the output power grid into electrical energy suitable for charging the vehicle. It includes iron core, winding, insulation material, fuel tank, cooling system, tap switch, casing, respirator, gas relay, temperature indicator, grounding device, protection device, etc.

Main component

THE magnetic circuit part of a transformer, usually made of silicon steel sheets with high permeability, used to provide flux paths and reduce reluctance.

The circuit part of a transformer, usually made of copper or aluminum wire. The windings are divided into primary side windings (primary windings) and secondary side windings (secondary windings), which connect the input and output circuits respectively.

Used to provide electrical insulation between windings, between windings and cores, and between different phases to prevent current leakage and short circuit.

Most transformers are housed in a fuel tank, which is usually filled with insulating oil, such as mineral oil or synthetic oil, for cooling and insulation.

including radiators, fans or oil pumps, etc., used to transfer the heat generated by the transformer to the surrounding environment and maintain the normal operating temperature of the transformer.

allows the output voltage of the transformer to be adjusted to different load conditions.

Used to connect the windings of the transformer to the external circuit while providing insulation and protection.

used to regulate the pressure in the tank to prevent the oxidation of oil and the entry of water.

A protective device used to detect the gas in the fuel tank, which will trigger the relay action to cut off the power supply in the event of an internal fault.

Monitors the temperature of transformer oil to ensure it is within a safe operating range.

ensures that the transformer can safely direct the current to the ground in case of failure, preventing personal and equipment injury.

DC CHARGING PIlE SERIES

DC charging pile is an efficient charging facility for electric vehicles, which uses direct current (DC) to directly charge the vehicle battery, significantly reducing the charging time. Compared with traditional AC charging piles, DC charging piles are able to provide higher power output and can usually charge an EV to 80% of its capacity in 30 minutes, providing users with a convenient charging experience.
