To determine the size of the PV module, calculate as follows: 2.1 Calculate the total wattage peak rating required for the PV module Divide the total wattage hours required for the PV module per day (from item 1.2) by 3.43 to obtain the total wattage – the peak rating required for the PV panel required to operate the appliance.
At present, most of the panels sold only have an efficiency level of 17-22%; However, with the increasing research and use of solar energy, the development of panels with higher efficiency levels began.

How to design and calculate the solar street lamp power supply system?
Calculated current: e.g. 12V battery system; Two 30W lamps, 60 watts in total.
Calculate battery capacity requirements.
Calculate the peak demand (WP) of solar panels.
This method is called the value of solar energy method. Considering the unique nature of solar photovoltaic power generation, in which the system generates electricity during peak hours and at the place of use, it does not need to continue to purchase fuel, and has significant safety and environmental advantages over fossil fuels.
Photovoltaic system, commonly referred to as photovoltaic system, is a power system that uses photovoltaic power generation to generate available solar power.

Most solar lighting systems use luminaires that range from 20 watt LEDs (2000+lumens) to 90 watt LEDs (9000+lumens), and for most applications, typically from 35 watts to 50 watts. High safety or light level requires the use of bright lights, and residential and remote areas use a lower range.

The main components of solar street lamps are solar panels, light sources, rechargeable batteries, charging controllers and interconnecting cables.
The types of street lamps are as follows:
Metal halide street lamp
High pressure sodium (HPS) street lamp
Low pressure sodium (LPS) street lamp
Light emitting diode (LED) street lamp
Phosphor conversion amber (PCA) LED street lamp
Narrow band amber (NBA) LED street lamp
Street lamps are usually made of corrosion-resistant metals such as aluminum or solid plastics such as high-density polyethylene to withstand outdoor elements. Street lamps are usually installed on electric poles, which can be installed on special electric poles or existing electric poles.
Solar LED street lamps rely on the photovoltaic process to enable solar cells to convert sunlight into usable electricity. When the negatively charged electrons push the solar energy into the positively charged space in the battery, the sunlight will be converted.
There are two kinds of batteries commonly used in solar street lamps – gel battery deep cycle battery and lead-acid battery. Lithium ion batteries are also popular because of their compact size.
PIR motion sensor
All In One Solar street lamp uses PIR motion sensor to intelligently adjust LED lamp brightness. When any movement within a 12m radius around the lamp is detected, the LED will glow at full brightness. If no movement is detected for more than 1 minute, the brightness will be reduced to one third.
1、Complete and pass the test required for the energy storage equipment.
Test integrated solar street lamp
Cover the solar panel and check whether the light is on.
If the lamp does not work, check whether the wire is connected correctly.
If the light is on, charge it in direct sunlight for 2 to 3 hours.
Close the panel again and check that the light is on.
However, in large quantities of orders, if the quality of the controller and battery is not good, the damage rate of solar street lamps will be very high. The three key points to judge whether the solar lamp is good or bad are brightness (lumen), lighting time at night, cloudy day and life.
Maintenance cost of LED lamps The average service life of traditional street lamps is about 5000-8000 hours, slightly less than one year, while the service life of solar LED lamps is 5-7 years.
1、Complete and pass various transportation tests
2、Reinforce the packaging of household transport equipment
Take measures to protect the solar panel from damage during transportation.
Check the solar panel for any obvious damage before transportation.
Wrap your panel vertically.
Place the sunny side (front) towards the tray.
Place foam pads around the frame of the solar panel.
Make the last solar panel face up.
Solar panels are usually stacked in boxes or crates before shipment. They can be stacked horizontally or vertically, and how they are placed in the box may depend on the size of the panel. It is important to use buffer barriers between each unit in the box.
Can solar energy be stored for future use? Yes, in residential photovoltaic (PV) systems, solar energy can be stored in battery packs for future use. Today, most solar energy is stored in lithium-ion batteries, lead-acid batteries and liquid flow batteries.
Wiring shall be underground and in conduit there shall be an underground junction box for each lamp installation. The lamp (lamp) is 120 V with ballast and separate photoelectric control socket.
Solar night light assembly covers the knowledge and skills required for the assembly, testing and troubleshooting of solar night lights. The material can also be used to deepen the understanding of the process and system of converting solar energy into consumable energy by using solar power generation technology.
