Purpose of winding

Winding process requirements

The coating and appearance of the core also need to meet certain process requirements, such as the Overhang of the head and tail meet the process requirements, the Overhang of the diaphragm, positive and negative terminals meet the process requirements, and the position of the Mark hole meet the requirements of the winding equipment.

For qualified cells, further packaging and assembly are required to finally form a finished lithium battery ready for use.
