PCS internal structure

Dc side

As the energy inlet of PCS, the DC side is responsible for aggregating the DC energy from the battery pack. Key components include:
(1) DC bus: The use of low-resistance copper or aluminum to ensure efficient transmission of electric energy.
(2) Capacitor: as a buffer, balance voltage fluctuations, provide stable power support.
(3) Inductance: filter out high-frequency pulsation, smooth DC output, improve system response speed.

Ac side

The AC side converts the DC power into AC power and supplies it to the power grid or the load. Key components include:
(1) Inverter: The use of efficient IGBT and other devices, through the precise control of the switching state, to achieve DC to AC conversion, and support the flexible regulation of frequency and voltage.
(2) Filter: effectively filter out high-frequency noise and harmonics in the output of the inverter to ensure that the output voltage waveform is pure and stable.
(3) Output transformer: According to the load demand, adjust the voltage level to provide adaptive power output.

Control system

As the intelligent center of PCS, the control system is responsible for monitoring and regulating the running state of the whole system. Key units include:
(1) Main control unit: Based on high-performance microprocessor or DSP, real-time monitoring and processing system data, according to the preset strategy to adjust the power conversion and control.
(2) Measurement unit: accurate acquisition of voltage, current, frequency and other key parameters to provide data support for the control system.
(3) Protection unit: real-time monitoring of abnormal conditions (such as over current, over voltage, over temperature), quickly start protection measures to ensure system safety.

Communication module

The communication module builds a bridge between PCS and the outside world, supports remote monitoring and control, and improves the maintainability and security of the system.
