Life test

Life testing provides a comprehensive assessment of the long-term performance and reliability of the battery system to ensure the sustainability of the battery in actual use. Through the cycle life test, the long-term charge and discharge process of the battery can be simulated, which helps to determine the service life, capacity retention rate and durability of the battery under different rates and temperatures, and provides an important reference for battery design optimization. The storage life test focuses on the stability of the battery in a static storage environment, assessing whether performance degradation or safety issues will occur during transportation and storage, and ensuring that the battery remains in good condition during non-use. Calendar life tests assess the deterioration of battery performance due to environmental and material aging during routine use, providing data support for the long-term reliability of the product.

Life test

Combining these three types of life tests can accurately predict the performance of batteries in different use scenarios, helping manufacturers optimize designs, improve battery durability, and provide users with a more reliable use experience. Through these test results, battery manufacturers can understand the degradation pattern and influencing factors of batteries in advance, and take corresponding measures to extend the service life of products and reduce the overall operating costs

The content of life test

Test the performance attenuation of the battery during the charge and discharge cycle, and evaluate the charge and discharge times and capacity retention rate of the battery under different rates and temperatures.
By analyzing the data of multiple cycles, the service life and attenuation law of the battery are predicted, which provides a basis for battery optimization and practical application.

Simulate the long-term static state of the battery under different storage conditions (such as temperature, humidity) to test its capacity loss and performance changes.
Verify the stability of the battery during storage to ensure safety during transportation and storage.Verify the polarization characteristics and temperature rise of the battery to ensure that it can operate normally under high rate discharge conditions.

Simulate the long service life of the battery in a non-operating state and evaluate the performance degradation of the battery through storage testing at constant temperature and SOC (state of charge) conditions.
Analyze the aging characteristics of the battery material to verify the performance reliability of the battery during a specific service life.
