material composition

Understanding the battery structure is crucial for low-speed vehicle batteries. The positive and negative electrode materials, electrolyte, diaphragm and shell design of the battery directly affect its energy density, charge and discharge efficiency and safety. Reasonable structural design can ensure the stable operation of the battery in different environments, improve the service life and safety. By optimizing the battery structure, manufacturers can improve battery performance and ensure that low-speed vehicles provide stable and reliable power support under diverse market demands.

Low-speed car lithium battery composition

A lithium battery consists of several key components: a positive electrode material (such as lithium iron phosphate or NMC), a negative electrode material (usually graphite), an electrolyte (containing lithium salts to conduct ions), a diaphragm (to prevent short circuits), an enclosure and package (to protect the battery), and a conductive agent and binder (to enhance electrical conductivity and structural stability). Together, these components ensure high energy density, safety and long life of the battery.

Battery materials specifically include

Lithium compounds such as lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) or Lithium nickel-cobalt Potassium oxide (NMC) are commonly used to determine the energy density, charge and discharge efficiency, and safety of the battery.

Graphite is generally used, and silicon-based composites have also been used in recent years to improve the capacity and performance of batteries.

Dissolved in an organic solvent, usually by a lithium salt (such as lithium hexafluorophosphate LiPF₆), it is responsible for conducting lithium ions and is one of the core components of a battery.

Most are materials such as polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), which are used to prevent short circuits in the positive and negative electrodes while allowing lithium ions to pass through.

The battery shell is usually made of aluminum alloy or steel, and the packaging material can be aluminum plastic film (such as soft pack batteries) to protect the battery from external impact.

Conductive agents (such as carbon black) improve the conductivity of the battery, and binders (such as polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF) help maintain the structural stability of the battery.

low-speed car batteries

Low-speed vehicle battery is a kind of battery designed for low-speed electric vehicles, which has the characteristics of clean, environmental protection, high efficiency and economy, and is widely used in electric golf carts, low-speed electric vehicles (LSV), mobile vendors, campus transportation, cargo trucks and so on
