Inverter of photovoltaic module

Photovoltaic cell module group array connection requirements

When installing a photovoltaic cell module in a arranged array, the group design should be based on the rated operating voltage (V) range and power capacity (W) of the inverter that may be selected.
The battery component can form a "string" of connected components and the corresponding output voltage (V) and power (W) through the series superposition voltage and power of the same type of components. In order to ensure the normal operation of photovoltaic modules, only photovoltaic modules of the same model are allowed to be connected in series. After multiple photovoltaic modules are connected in series, they can be connected in parallel, and the voltage difference between the photovoltaic modules in parallel should not exceed 10%.
One or more strings (same voltage, power) of components are connected in parallel to form a "grouping array", the total power (W) of the "grouping array" is the sum of the power of all components. Components in the same grouping array should be installed with the same solar radiation conditions (orientation, inclination, etc.) as far as possible.

Inverter selection requirements

Photovoltaic cells are generally connected to the DC side of the inverter through a series and parallel photovoltaic grouping array. The inverter has the following requirements for the connected photovoltaic grouping array:
a) The terminal voltage of the PV grouping array should meet the DC input voltage range of the inverter. When the voltage is lower than the lower limit of the range, the inverter will stop running. At this time, the photovoltaic power generation system does not output power, that is, it is considered that the system cannot generate electricity, and it should be excluded from the power generation calculation. In order to simplify the calculation, it can be judged by the solar radiation threshold of the battery surface (the minimum radiation limit of the photovoltaic cell module when starting power generation, the total radiation amount of the surface of the monocrystalline silicon and polysilicon battery starting power generation ≥80W/m, the total radiation amount of the thin film battery surface ≥30W/m);
b) The maximum power of the photovoltaic array cannot exceed the rated capacity of the inverter. Select inverters with corresponding operating voltage and power based on the output voltage and total power of the designed battery component array, or adjust the series parallel mode of the designed battery component array based on the inverter parameters to meet the corresponding output voltage and total power. The optional inverter capacity must be greater than or equal to the capacity of photovoltaic modules installed in groups.
