DC input MPPT voltage range

The voltage range of the inverter for maximum power tracking (MPPT) of the solar cell part is generally less than the maximum DC input voltage allowed by the inverter, and the output voltage of the design battery module should be within the MPP voltage range.

Maximum DC input power

It should be greater than the rated output power of the inverter. In order to make full use of the capacity of the inverter, the nominal power of the battery module designed to connect to the grid-connected inverter can be equal to the maximum input power of the DC side.

Maximum number of input channels

Refers to the number of DC circuits that can be accessed by the DC side of the inverter.

Rated output voltage

The voltage value that the inverter should output under specified input conditions. The voltage fluctuation range should generally be: single-phase 220V±50%, three-phase 380±5%.

Rated output power

Under the specified output frequency and load power factor, the rated power value of the inverter should be output.

Rated output frequency

In a grid-connected system, the rated output frequency should correspond to the frequency of the grid incorporated, and when the frequency and phase of the grid have small fluctuations, the inverter output alternating current should automatically track the frequency and phase of the grid. When the power grid frequency fluctuation is detected, the inverter will automatically cut off the power grid. China's mains frequency is 50Hz, and the frequency fluctuation range of grid-connected inverters is generally within ±3%.

Maximum harmonic content

Sine wave inverter, under resistive load, the maximum harmonic content of output voltage should be less than 10%.

Overload capacity

The ability of the inverter to output more than the rated current value in a short period of time under specified conditions. The overload capacity of the inverter should meet certain requirements under the specified load power factor.

Efficiency

At the rated output voltage, input voltage, current and the specified load power factor, the inverter output active power and input active power (or DC power) ratio. At present, many manufacturers of inverter efficiency marked "efficiency" and "European efficiency" two kinds. "Efficiency" generally refers to the maximum efficiency of the inverter at a certain time of day. European efficiency is based on the change of sunshine intensity in a day to calculate the weighted value, through a specific formula to calculate the "average efficiency" in a day, relatively scientific.

Load power factor

The allowable range of variation of the inverter load power factor.

Asymmetry of load

Under 10% asymmetric load, the asymmetry of the output voltage of the fixed frequency three-phase inverter should be less than 10%.

Protection level

The INGRESS PROTECTION (IP) rating system is drafted by the INTERNATIONAL ELECTROTECHNICAL COMMISSION (IEC). IP protection level is composed of two numbers, the first number indicates the lamp from the dust, to prevent the level of foreign object intrusion, the second number indicates the lamp moisture, waterproof intrusion of the airtight degree, the larger the number indicates the higher the level of protection.

Protection function

Inverter should be set: short circuit protection, over current protection, over voltage protection, under voltage protection and phase loss protection.

Interference and anti-jamming

The inverter should be able to withstand electromagnetic interference in the general environment under the specified normal working conditions. The anti-interference performance and electromagnetic compatibility of the inverter should comply with the provisions of relevant standards.

Noise

Inverters that are not frequently operated, monitored, and maintained should be less than 95db. Inverter that is frequently operated, monitored and maintained should be less than 80db.

Display

The inverter should be provided with AC output voltage, output current and output frequency and other parameters of the data display, and input energized, energized and fault state signal display.

Communication interface

Mainly used for system operation monitoring, the general inverter communication interface mode has RS-485, RS-232 and GPRS.

Mechanical parameters

Mainly refers to the weight and size of the inverter.
