These formats define how data is organized, stored, and transmitted to ensure that it can be accurately interpreted and processed across systems and applications.

Working Principle:

Application layer message frame format: The DC charging pile communication protocol uses a specific application layer message frame format, including the start identifier, data field bytes, serial number, encryption flag, frame type flag, and frame verification field.

Start identifier: Identifies the start of a frame of data, fixed at 0x68.

Data field bytes: Indicates the length of the data field, including the sum of the number of bytes in the sequence number field, encryption flag, frame type flag, and message body.

Serial number field: identifies the sending sequence of data packets to ensure the sequence and integrity of data.

Encryption flag: Indicates whether the message body is encrypted, 0x00 indicates no encryption, 0x01 indicates 3DES encryption.

Frame type flag: Defines the uplink or downlink of a data frame.

Frame verification domain: CRC verification is used to ensure data integrity and correctness.

Data format definition: The data formats include BCD code, BIN code, and ASCII code. The BIN code is the lowest in the front and the highest in the back. The small value in the protocol is multiplied by a specific magnifications to upload to the platform (for example: the voltage is 225.1, one decimal place is reserved, and the value sent to the platform is 2251, i.e. 0x8CB).

Communication protocol structure: The communication protocol structure of DC charging pile follows the TCP/IP transmission definition, adopts the CAN2.0B communication protocol, and the physical layer complies with the provisions of ISO 11898-1:2003 and SAE J1939-11:2006.

Data transfer direction and Role: In a Type-C interface, the Data Role describes the data transfer direction. The downlink port (DFP) provides VBUS and VCONN and receives data. The uplink port (UFP) serves as the Device, obtains power from the VBUS, and sends data.
