Concept:

Ferrite Bead is a kind of anti-interference element made of mixed iron, nickel and zinc oxide. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, low cost and high reliability. The main function of ferrite magnetic beads is to filter out high-frequency noise in the circuit, and its working principle is to use the high resistivity and permeability of ferrite materials to convert high-frequency noise into heat energy, so as to achieve noise dissipation.

Function:

In DC charging piles, ferrite magnetic beads are usually connected in series to the power line and grounded together with the capacitor to form a low-pass filter network to effectively reduce high-frequency power supply noise. This design not only helps to keep the power supply clean, but also reduces the impact of electromagnetic interference on the charging pile and its peripheral equipment, ensuring the stability and safety of the charging process.

Working Principle:

The working principle of ferrite beads is based on their impedance characteristics at different frequencies. In low frequency band, ferrite beads show inductance characteristic and reflect electromagnetic interference noise. In the high frequency band, its impedance is mainly composed of resistance components, which converts noise energy into heat energy and consumes it. This characteristic makes ferrite magnetic beads can effectively filter high-frequency noise in a wide frequency range, especially suitable for suppressing high-frequency radiation in digital circuits.
