The component of the billing control unit

In modern communication billing modules, the Billing Control Unit (TCU) plays a central role, composed of several key components that work together to ensure efficient operation and accurate billing. Here is a brief introduction to these key components:

Main component

CPU

Firstly, the processor (CPU) is the brain of the TCU, responsible for executing complex computational tasks. It typically adopts an ARM architecture, such as the TI AM3354 Sitara ARM Cortex-A8 800MHz, known for its high energy efficiency and processing speed, making it ideal for embedded systems. The processor handles billing logic, user authentication, data encryption, and communication protocols, ensuring the smooth operation of the system.

The mobile communication module is the nervous system of the TCU, supporting 4G/3G/2G universal communication, ensuring that the TCU can communicate stably in different network environments. This module enables remote data transmission, software updates, fault diagnosis, and remote control, enhancing the flexibility and reliability of the system.

Stores image data to be displayed. For the powerful master control, you can connect the DDR, build a framebuffer in the DDR, put the image in it, and then send it to the LCD display. For MCU, there is no external DDR, memory is small, and images are placed in the GRAM of LCM.

Storage (FLASH) is the memory bank of the TCU, storing billing data, system configurations, and user information. Nand Flash provides storage capacity starting from 1GB, which can be expanded as needed. This storage space is used to save transaction records, user account information, and system logs, ensuring persistent storage and security of data.

Finally, the software system is the soul of the TCU, based on the Linux kernel and supports graphical interface libraries such as QT. This system not only provides the operating system and applications but also implements user interface display, parameter setting, billing algorithms, data encryption, and communication protocol processing, enabling the TCU to accurately and efficiently complete billing, control, and communication tasks.

The collaborative work of these components ensures that the billing control unit can provide users with convenient and secure services, making it an indispensable part of modern communication billing modules.

DC CHARGING PIlE SERIES

DC charging pile is an efficient charging facility for electric vehicles, which uses direct current (DC) to directly charge the vehicle battery, significantly reducing the charging time. Compared with traditional AC charging piles, DC charging piles are able to provide higher power output and can usually charge an EV to 80% of its capacity in 30 minutes, providing users with a convenient charging experience.
