Main component

The main function of the charging pile shell is to fix and protect the internal components. It is usually made of weather resistant, impact resistant, flame retardant materials, such as modified plastics, SMC composite materials, etc., to adapt to the outdoor environment and ensure safety .

Indicator lights are used to display the operational status of the charging pile, including the status of the main power and charging guns A and B. If the main power indicator light is not on, it may indicate a power supply issue; the indicator lights for guns A and B show the status of the current charging guns.

The display screen is used to control the operation of the charging pile and display the operational status and parameters, providing a user interface for easy monitoring of the charging process.

The card reader supports physical card swiping to initiate the charging pile and settle charging fees, making it convenient for users to make payment operations.

The cable connects the charging pile to the electric vehicle, transmitting electrical energy. The cable needs to have sufficient weather resistance and wear resistance to adapt to outdoor environments and frequent use.

These components together form the enclosure of the DC charging pile, not only protecting the internal components but also providing a user interface, ensuring the safety and convenience of the charging process.
