Parts procurement

The production process of charging piles starts with the procurement of parts. Manufacturers purchase various components such as power modules, charge controllers, displays, and others from reliable suppliers as per design requirements and quality standards.

Component manufacturing

Purchased components will be assembled and manufactured. According to the production plan, workers assemble each component according to the assembly drawings and process requirements to form each component of the charging pile.

Electrical wiring and connection

The assembled components need to be electrically wired and connected. Electrical engineers connect the wires between the various components to ensure that the various parts of the charging pile work properly.

Equipment commissioning

After the electrical wiring and connection is completed, the charging pile needs to be equipped for commissioning. The technical personnel will conduct various functional tests on the charging pile to ensure the normal operation of various functions of the charging pile, such as charging power adjustment, charging interface connectivity test, etc.

Appearance assembly and finishing

The appearance assembly of the charging pile is the last step of the whole production process. In this step, workers will assemble the assembled charging pile for external assembly, such as installing the shell and connecting the cables. At the same time, the charging piles are sorted and cleaned to ensure the appearance and quality of the products.

Parts inspection warehousing

Before assembly, all parts need to go through strict inspection to ensure quality before warehousing.

Housing processing and assembly

the housing of the charging pile needs to be processed, and then the various parts are assembled into the housing.

Power module installation

Install the power module into the charging pile and ensure that it is fixed and connected correctly.

Installation and wiring of the charging module

Install the charging module and perform corresponding wiring work to ensure that the charging module can work normally.

Display and control unit assembly

Assemble the display and control unit, which is the interface between the user and the charging pile.

Integration of communication module and payment module

The communication module is integrated to enable the charging pile to communicate with the background system, and the payment module is integrated to facilitate user payment.

Internal line connection and inspection

Complete the connection of internal lines and conduct inspection to ensure that all lines are connected correctly.

Machine debugging and function verification

debug the whole machine and verify whether the functions meet the design requirements.

Safety performance test

Conduct safety performance test to ensure the safety of charging pile during use.

Packaging and delivery of finished products

After all production and testing is completed, the finished products are packaged and then shipped out of the warehouse.
