Integrated components in the DC charging gun head electronic locking mechanism refers to the component that integrates multiple electronic components together, which usually includes microswitches, resistors, motor electronic locks, etc., which work together to achieve the locking and unlocking function of the electronic lock.

Function

Achieve electronic locking: The integrated component realizes the locking and unlocking of the charging gun by controlling the start and stop of the motor, ensuring the stable connection between the charging gun and the vehicle charging port during the charging process.

Signal feedback: Microswitches in the integrated components provide state feedback for locking and unlocking, and transmit signal changes to external control devices, such as charging piles or other remote control devices, via connectors.

Improve integrated design: The integrated component design improves the degree of integration of the electronic lock, making the electronic lock structure more compact, easy to assemble and produce, and reasonable cost control.

Waterproof seal: The integrated component is sealed through the wire harness and filled with glue, and the waterproof seal is connected to the tail, which improves the waterproof performance of the electronic lock.

Working principle

Motor control: PCB board components in the integrated components receive signals from charging piles or other remote control devices to control the start and stop of the drive motor, and then realize the signal of locking and unlocking.

Microswitch function: a microswitch is arranged on one side of the rack. When the drive motor drives the rack to move, the side wall of the rack contacts or separates from the signal receiving end of the microswitch, thus feeding back the signal of locking or unlocking.

Resistance identification: A micro switch for resistance identification of the charging gun can also be integrated on the PCB board, which forms a loop between the resistance and the charging gun for signal identification between the charging gun and the charging socket/charging pile.

Unlocking handle: The motor electronic lock is equipped with an unlocking handle outside, which is used for emergency unlocking in case of failure or power failure of the electronic lock system.

Signal input control: The electronic lock has two signal input ends, and the electronic lock is locked and unlocked by giving the corresponding control signals to the two signal input ends.

In summary, the integrated components of the electronic locking mechanism of the DC charging gun head realize the control, signal feedback and waterproof functions of the electronic lock through highly integrated design, ensuring the safety and reliability of the charging process.
