Microswitch is a small electronic switch with simple structure, reliable function, long life and low cost. It is commonly used to detect mechanical displacement or position changes and convert these changes into electrical signals.

Function

In the DC charging pile, the micro switch mainly plays the following roles: Position signal feedback: As a position signal feedback device, the micro switch is connected to the external control circuit through a specific pin to achieve electronic lock, unlock and signal feedback. Safety protection and control: The micro switch plays a key role in safety protection and control in the charging pile, which is used to detect the connection status of the plug and socket, the on-off of the control circuit, and achieve other safety protection functions. Charging state element: As the charging state element of the charging pile, the micro switch can trigger the charging start or stop signal of the charging pile to ensure the normal work of the charging pile.

Working principle

The working principle of the microswitch is based on the switching action of mechanical contact. When the contact of the microswitch is pressed or triggered, the circuit is closed and the signal is transmitted. In the electronic lock system of charging pile, the micro switch is usually linked with the ejector lever gear. When the ejector lever moves to the locking position, the ejector lever gear touches the micro switch to make the micro switch feedback the locking signal to the control panel. When the ejector lever is retracted to unlock, the micro switch will also feedback the unlock signal to the control panel.
