5. Protection mechanism: The drive circuit also includes DESAT (desaturation) protection calculation to prevent the power device from being damaged under abnormal conditions. For example, use a 14.3kΩ resistor to set the DESAT current in the range of 85 to 115A to trigger.

6. Feedback and regulation: The drive circuit may also include a feedback mechanism to adjust the drive signal by detecting the state of the power switching device, such as voltage and current, to ensure the stable operation of the system.

7. PCB layout: The PCB layout of the SiC gate drive circuit is critical to ensure circuit performance, including the design of the source current, absorption current and clamped current path.
