Partition design

Separation design is a key design in shock-proof packaging to avoid direct contact between the battery and the battery, or between the battery and the outer wall of the package. Through reasonable dividers and structural design, not only can prevent collisions and damage between batteries, but also improve the stability of packaging and transportation efficiency. The partition design needs to choose the appropriate material and layout according to the size, shape, weight and transportation environment of the battery to ensure the safety of the battery during transportation and storage.

The role of separating design

Prevent collisions between batteries

When multiple batteries are placed side by side, the lack of separation can cause the batteries to collide with each other, causing damage to the battery housing, a short circuit at the contact end, or damage to the internal cell. This risk can be reduced by designing dividers that effectively avoid direct contact between batteries.

Reduce external vibration transmission

The separator can not only separate the batteries, but also play a buffer role to reduce the direct impact of external vibration or shock on the battery, so as to protect the battery from damage.

Improve the stability of packaging structure
