The structure and main components of the inverter

The structure and main components of the inverter can be divided into two parts: hardware and software.

Structure and composition

The inverter is generally composed of a booster circuit and an inverter bridge circuit. The boost circuit raises the DC voltage of the solar cell to the output control voltage required by the inverter, while the inverter bridge circuit converts the boosted DC to the AC voltage of the common frequency. The inverter bridge circuit is composed of inverter bridge, control logic and filter circuit, and the key electronic component is IGBT.

Function of each circuit

Hardware components

The hardware equipment of the energy storage inverter includes MPPT unit, inverter unit, charge and discharge unit, power control unit and energy management unit. These hardware units are mainly composed of various electronic components, which are mounted on the printed circuit board (PCB) by means of patch according to the circuit design diagram.

Includes microcontrol unit (MCU), digital signal processor (DSP) and its peripheral circuit.

Includes bidirectional DC-AC conversion circuit and output LC filter circuit.

The main hardware components include power semiconductor devices (such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, power diodes), capacitors (electrolytic capacitors, filter capacitors, safety capacitors), resistors and magnetic devices (such as power inductors).

Software composition
