12V LFP STOP-START BATTERY

The core material of our LFP series stop-start battery is lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄). Characteristics

As a new energy start-stop technology benchmark, our LFP series has been successfully applied to polar scientific research teams, logistics trucks in cold areas and passenger vehicles in cold areas, redefining the low temperature limit of vehicle start-stop batteries with -40℃ core performance, providing global users with "no temperature difference" energy security.

Low temperature electrolyte optimization

The wide temperature range electrolyte formula significantly reduces the viscosity of the electrolyte at -40℃, improves the efficiency of lithium ion migration, and ensures that the low temperature discharge capacity retention rate exceeds 70%.

Composite electrode technique

Through the nanoscale carbon coating and bulk phase doping process, the low temperature conductivity of the positive electrode material is enhanced, while the risk of negative lithium is suppressed, and the peak cold start current is increased to more than 2500A, which instantly releases strong power.

Extreme cold reliability

Measured in the -40℃ extreme cold environment in Hailaer, Inner Mongolia and Mohe, Heilongjiang, the battery can continuously complete more than 20 cold starts under full load conditions, and the voltage fluctuation is less than 5%, which completely solves the problem of heavy trucks and commercial vehicles in winter.

Ultra-long life

The cycle life exceeds 3000 times, supporting the whole life cycle of the vehicle, extending the life of the traditional lead-acid battery by more than 5 times, and reducing the life cycle cost by 40%.

Safety redundancy

Through acupuncture, extrusion, short circuit and other rigorous tests (EUCAR safety grade ≤4), the thermal runaway temperature exceeds 800℃, is not afraid of extreme cold and high load impact, suitable for military vehicles and special operation scenarios.

Dynamic thermal management

Integrated intelligent heating module and BMS (battery management system), real-time monitoring of cell temperature and active regulation of working conditions, activated battery activity within 10 seconds at -40℃ environment, cold start success rate increased by 60%。
